What the free plan includes
CRMlead plans do not differ by features taken away. The free plan gives you the same software as Pro and Pro+: only the number of leads, the number of users and the AI volumes change.
So you get the drag-and-drop pipeline, “My actions today”, the calendar, your connected mailbox, the online booking page, Excel and CSV import, the statistics and the AI assistant, up to the equivalent of 10 requests a month.

What happens after 50 leads?
Nothing is lost or locked. You can still read, edit, follow up and export all your leads. Only creating a 51st lead requires Pro. Leads in the bin do not count, and leads that come from your prospects, through an online booking or your website form, keep arriving.
Pro costs €19 a month excl. VAT (€190 a year), unlimited leads for one user. Pro+ costs €39 a month excl. VAT (€390 a year) for up to 5 users. No commitment: if you cancel, the account goes back to free and your leads stay readable and exportable.

Free does not mean sold
The free plan is not paid for with your data. No resale, no advertising, no AI training on your conversations. Every account is isolated in the database, connections are encrypted, and a full export (JSON or CSV) is available at any time from the settings.
The AI assistant, open in a corner of the screen, reads your leads and answers your questions (“what are my overdue actions?”, “summarise my pipeline by stage”). When you ask it for a change, it prepares a “To confirm” card that shows everything that will be written: one click on “Confirm” applies it. Several changes fit in a single card, applied in full or not at all.
