Conversation analysis on every lead
When an email arrives on a lead, the AI reads the conversation, summarises it and suggests the next action when the customer mentions one: a “Schedule” button puts it in the calendar.
If the conversation says something different from the record, such as a new amount, decision date or stage, the AI suggests the update, with the passage of the email where it found it and its confidence level. Nothing changes without your click.

Reply drafts that do not make things up
“Suggest a reply” writes a draft in the customer's thread. You state once what the AI may say: offers, prices, terms, lead times. Without that information, it leaves “to complete” markers instead of inventing, and sending stays blocked while one remains.
An optional instruction steers the draft (“suggest a call on Tuesday”, “more direct tone”). An email received in another language is translated in one click, and voice dictation stays available even when AI is switched off.
The AI assistant, which applies in one click
The AI assistant, open in a corner of the screen, reads your leads and answers your questions (“what are my overdue actions?”, “summarise my pipeline by stage”). When you ask it for a change, it prepares a “To confirm” card that shows everything that will be written: one click on “Confirm” applies it. Several changes fit in a single card, applied in full or not at all.
It can create a lead with its contacts and next action, move a deal in the pipeline, add tags, log a call, put a deal on standby or revive a former customer. It deletes nothing, sends no email outside and touches neither subscriptions nor permissions: for those, it opens the right screen and leaves it to you.

Your data trains no AI
Your conversations are never used to train any AI, and AI can be switched off for the whole account: no text is then sent to the AI provider. The AI assistant is included in every plan; on the free plan, it amounts to the equivalent of 10 requests a month.
