CRMlead lets you manage sales leads, their contacts, their actions and the emails exchanged. The service evolves and may be changed, improved or partly discontinued.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for how the members you invite use the service.
The data you enter, import or sync remains yours. You warrant that you are entitled to process it, including your contacts' details. You can export it at any time. Its processing is described in the privacy policy.
The free plan can be used with no time limit, up to 50 leads (trash excluded). Beyond that, existing leads remain viewable, editable and exportable; only creating new leads requires a paid plan. When a paid plan is terminated, the account returns to the free plan, with no loss of data. An account that breaches these terms may be suspended.
The service is provided "as is". The publisher strives to keep it available and secure, without guaranteeing it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, including lost revenue, is excluded. AI-written drafts must be reviewed: you remain responsible for what you send.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Consumer users residing in the European Union keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of their national law and may bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.
